    Fabulous Graham Cave, large blade!

    HI all!,

Been awhile since I posted i know- just haven't had the time it seems, but yesterday I took the time in the cold to go look and low and behold, this very nice 5" blade (looks more like a blade than a preform- the "broad-blade" end is specifically flaked. This one was within 3 minutes of stepping into the creek!!.... AND THEN- this great Graham cave point, in situ- I had an eerie feeling I was close to something, and within 30-40 seconds- Bingo!!!!........very very nice!....Found a broken base and some small flake knives- always like those....good luck all!!

The blade and flake knives-winterset chert. I think the graham cave is to, but the patina is covering the material....I think the white streak with a hint of blue is most likely winterset chert; the most common material around here.........thanks!
