New comment system for blog posts

You may have noticed that the comments for the articles/posts on the homepage of the site are gone (though they still exist with in the forum). We are changing the comment system (to allow folks that are not registered on the forum, but still might want to comment on one of the great articles to participate). This should all be wrapped up in about a week. Thanks!
