PM Archiving

The notice in the mail says my PM box is 98% full, and to delete or archive them.

How do you archive them ?

You can move messages to the archive folder but it is misleading. It still counts toward the total allowed. You need to delete some. This would probably be a great idea for an upgrade to the site. I can't imagine it takes up all that much space.

I couldn't even find a way to do that.

Thus my question.

Sorry.
To the right of the message there is a small box that you can select. Once you've selected all the messages you want to select, there is an action at the bottom of the screen you can select to "move your message" to move to a folder or deleted or download. If you want to move it to a folder, the next screen will ask what folder you want it moved to.
