Northwest BBQ/show off

I have plenty of room for tents, trailers, bonfires, bbq's, kid friendly chickens and covered areas to chip,chop,and display..We love company so I'm game. Bad part is I'm the farthest from anyone..Good part is if you stand on your toes you can see the Ocean..Lots to do for fun on the beach.

Well what works for everyone? I'm thinking July? The rest of this month is busy for me and last week in June is booked.

July would be good - and going to the coast would sweeten the deal for my family ;-)

yeap July is good My son should be here by then. How bout the 4th weekend? But that is up to Trask I think since he was kind and let use invade his home.

Let me do some investigating but I think 4th weekend is a good Tentative start for the time being. July 23-24-25th..I realize many can't make Friday work but in case you can.. I don't see a reason to cut the weekend short

In addition to hunts around the house for the kids, BBQ, BEER, KNAPPING, and Collection Sharing..I'm thinking of a fun place to do a casual group hunt for part of a day...Cannon Beach has a Midden that is exposed on a beach cliff in a very pretty park (Ecola Park) called Indian Beach. Obviously we can't hunt there or tear it up......but it would be a fun prep on the way to Manzanita to another less public spot I know of..I have a couple in mind that aren't super productive but they are very obvious sites that have room for a medium size group..

We can play it by ear and see how many show but I'm open to capping the weekend with some type of 1/2 day outing that is family safe and not too hardcore. We could even do a historical tour one day if the groups wants..Lewis & Clarks FT Clatsop is less than 10 min away.



I'm open to suggestions. I tend to try to stretch my time and energy to a thin edge but I'm easy to adapt so whatever you guys think will work best for the time and group we have.

I am in for what ever weekend I can get Fridays off almost anytime, just like the last one, and as long as I can make it to a rockstar or mt dew I can hang with any crack head. By the way I think I left some rocks in the back of your truck.

Yep..pestal and nicely grooved but broke metate..They're looking nice in my room..Just found'em a few days ago as I finally cleaned out my truck

Wow count me in. Me and my girl need a vacation and Arrowheads, Ocean, and a little road trip sounds great!
