(From the SHOT newsletter!)
Greetings surface hunters, diggers, and artifact hounds from all across the Lone Star State and its near neighbors! April is upon us, and you know what that means: it is time for Greenville's grandest extravaganza, the best artifact show that is associated with SHOT, the grand exposition of East Texas relics – the 2010 Surface Hunters of Texas Indian artifact show, annual meeting, and “Best Finds” competition! Mark your calendars, ladies and gentlemen, the show will begin at 9 AM on Saturday the 24th of this month (April). This year we will be meeting at the Authentic Life Fellowship Church in Greenville, on the I-30 north service road between Shumadrii's Steakhouse and the Ole Whiskers Catfish Buffet. Grab your frames and your wallets and come ready to look, ready to eat, ready to display, and ready to buy and ready to sell! We want our show to be big this year, and are hoping to sell every available table! Speaking of tables, call me at 903-217-7446, or Email me or Ray – I'm
indianasmith1@hotmail.com, and he is
raymondgathright@sbcglobal.net . It costs $10 to display and $25 to sell, and we are expecting a good crowd this year, so sign up now!!! Lots of great finds being made lately – more on that down below – so I know you will want to come out and bring your family to be a part of this great event.
