Buchanan dam Artifact show
Well guys and gals,,,I just thought I would give my account of this First ever Buchanan dam artifact show.
This was my first artifact show, and I think It was a pretty good turn out. Many fine collectors were in attendance. Most folks were from around this area but there were a few from out of state. They were all very personable and willing to talk about their passion for artifacts almost endlessly.I did learn a valuable lesson though.I took my niece and two neighborhood kids and it was not 30 minutes into it and they were ready to go.they all three wanted to go fishing instead!Imagine that.So I sure didn't get all of the attraction into it,but I was able to plant some seeds.I look forward to my next chance to meet and spend more time talking shop. Thanks to all the organizers of this event.I enjoyed my self/comanche
