    I read Clutons' clovis preform thread with interest, but didn't want to step on any toes posting picutures of new artifacts in his thread. I really enjoyed the pictures and discussion.

    I am on record as stating that the Tremper Mound Hopewell Effigy Platform Pipe cache is the most valuable North American prehistoric artifact cache thus far discovered. I would love to hear others thoughts on a more valuable cache.

    My son and I snuck out of town until Sunday..Spent this morning in Glass Butte LOADING the truck with Mahogany and other great Obsidian..Had about 500lbs by 11am

    I finally did it. After 45 years of hunting I can finally say I found a killer Clovis.

    I went for a quick hunt before work yesterday to see if I would have any luck and the first spot I hit looked like a parade had went through it. So I went to another spot where I had hunted the back ridge last week and figured I would hunt the front ridge by the river, but the backwater was about 4 feet deep between the ridges and there was no way ...
