Heres another
This piece was given to me by my Uncle during his travels out west. All I know was he was in Oregon, Nevada, Utah. He did'nt remember where this one came from. Sorry for the lousy pics.....lousy camera and photographer. I was leaning towards Besant knife. It looks to be some type of quartz/quatzite looking material.

TD, Its really not rough. Actually its in really nice condition.....no chips and thin. Maybe with it being some type of quartz or maybe even Hixton may make it look a little rougher than flint. I would just like to have it typed by someone familiar with the area of the country.

ah, sorry man, didn't mean anything by it.. the pics kinda blurry man.. dont get me wrong its a sweet piece..you think its quartz? id like to see some clearer pics.. it looks almost early stemmed with that base.

Big Tex, No offense taken........I just have"or had" a crappy Canon camera. No wait ....It could just be the photographer. I will get some better pics as soon as I make my lazy arse do it. Thanks for the comments though...good or bad LOL.
